I am happy to announce a recent promotion at my current job! I could not be happier, but this does mean that I need to get on the ball immediately and get myself into Windows Server 2008 training before my boss thinks I am not qualified for the position. I need to be able to configure terminal services at the office, something I have never done before. I know that my employer thinks that all computer skills must be given to us in one lump package, but unfortunately that is not the case. This course that I found looks very promising because I can attend the classes from the comfort of my desk at home. This also means that I do not have to be away from my family traveling long hours to and from the class. The class look like it will be just what I need, a quick way to pick up these skills and get on with my job!
